Shipping of your parcel
Any order confirmed by the seller will be delivered to the address indicated on the order. The seller shall use its best efforts to ensure delivery within ten (10) working days of receipt by the purchaser of the order confirmation; fourteen (14) for orders outside of Europe. However, this is an indicative time frame. Packages are shipped via Swiss Post without a tracking number and delivered without a signature. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer (who is not the carrier designated by the Seller), takes physical possession of the goods.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
Returns
If the purchaser is not satisfied with the goods they has ordered via the site, they have a period of fourteen (14) days, from the date on which they take physical possession of the goods, to exercise their right of withdrawal. The date of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Purchaser shall be deemed to be the date on which the Purchaser exercises their right of withdrawal in order to determine whether the time limit has been respected. After the expiry of this period, the Purchaser is deemed to have waived his right of withdrawal. All requests for returns must be made using the form provided by the Seller. The Buyer must then follow the procedure indicated to them.
